DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION 2018-2019

For the development of this recreational house and future home of the Lozada family, it was sought to make a simple structure that would rescue the constructive principles of the vernacular architecture of the area, with gable roofs, walls in clay block, and the ambalema’s traditional typology of the patio (adopted from the colonial typologies), it was sought to satisfy the space needs of the family.
ORIGINAL PLOT

The house is divided into four main areas, the social  (social room, arrival room and entrance) the service area (kitchen, dining room, clothes, bathroom service) the private  (Master bedroom, 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms) and  the leisure space with the patio where they will have different activities such as jacuzzi, sauna, outdoor barbecue, hammocks
