For MSMC Arquitectos
I created the entire architectural presentation for the client. He had several design meetings with the fabricators and the MSMC chief architect. I was involved in the process from design to delivery to the Serrano family.
We completely renovated the kitchen and laundry area, changed the aspect of the olds three bathrooms and changed the bedrooms floor and closets.
The client wanted to keep all of the wooden original furniture so we kept and repainted it. We recycled all of the doors and the marble floor of the living room.
